City & Guilds
For over 140 years we have worked with people, organisations and economies to identify the skills they need to thrive, and to deliver training and qualifications to help people into the job, to develop on the job, and into the next job.
As a registered charity we are committed to our purpose in helping deliver training and accreditation to help deliver better prospects for individuals, communities and wider society throughout people’s careers.
This, of course, includes providing training and educational support to people of all ages. We support over 1 million people each year to gain qualifications and certifications, are market leaders in apprenticeships and T Levels and our recently introduced Adult Skills programme offers over 800 qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3, incorporating hybrid learning to ensure accessibility for as many learners as possible while still delivering high quality training with learner support.
The work of our charitable Foundation also places a high degree of emphasis on supporting people who face barriers to accessing the jobs market, working with groups such as offenders and ex-offenders partnering with charities to deliver practical solutions to reduce reoffending as well as supporting refugees and people facing financial difficulty via our bursary programmes.
As the pace of technological and economic change moves faster than ever before, ongoing development of skills and training has never been more important. We are proud to support our learners and customers throughout their lifelong learning.
