As Director of Strategy for London Higher, Jolanta is responsible for developing the organisation’s strategy and goals, planning and risk management. She engages with the government, London’s universities, higher education colleges and others to understand market trends and issues, competition and business opportunities.

Jolanta has previously worked in the civil service, including for the Department for Education, where she was responsible for launching master’s and doctoral loans, developing policy on Disabled Student Allowances, supporting the sector wide Freedom of Speech guide and on the Prevent agenda. She also worked in the Department for Business including on the small business agenda. Prior to the civil service she worked in HSBC.
