Emma Meredith is the Director of Skills Policy and Global Engagement at the Association of Colleges (AoC), the national voice for publicly-funded further education colleges in England. She began her career in international education, developing partnerships across six continents for organisations in the UK university, college and pathway sectors. At AoC Emma is responsible for strategic oversight of policy development in Higher Education, adult education, apprenticeships, international education and skills competitions. A former Scottish college governor, Emma now serves on the board of the World Federation of Colleges and Polytechnics and is undertaking a part-time doctorate in education at the University of Glasgow.
