A successful skills strategy for England  depends on three things: sufficient resources to deliver good quality provision, better alignment between skills supply and demand, and better distribution of opportunities across the country.

This is a chance for colleges and universities to get ahead of the game in thinking through how to make the most of this major opportunity.

Our key message to providers is to “wake up and smell the coffee”! The LLE will be a welcome stimulus.
